Executive - Corporate Communication (3-6 yrs)
Job Profile:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications Specialist who will assist VP (Strategy) and Head of Corporate Communications for internal and external communication of the company, writing and editing articles, drafting and designing of the newsletters, brochures and other collateral.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Assisting in managing Internal and external communications.
- Promoting a positive public image and control the dissemination of information on the company's behalf.
- Aligning communication strategies across all aspects of the organization's business with the goal of establishing and maintaining clear brand awareness and highly favourable impressions.
- Actively updating and enhancing the website of the organization and other websites/portals managed by the organization.
- Identifying and taking advantage of emerging digital media to leverage the organization's activities on all social media platforms.
- Manage the social media accounts of the organization in LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube etc
- Monitor & evaluate social media results through deep analytics & metrics.
- Content writing for various collateral.
- Assist in design and development of various collateral
- Assist in organising photoshoots, video shoots for the Company (Industrial and Corporate)
- Work with senior executives developing written content that helps articulate their unique point of view on key industry issues and trends
- Report regularly on performance & engagement across multiple social media platforms
- Assist with general day to day administrative tasks.
- Day-to-day coordination with agencies, designer, various departments and business units.
- Education: Graduation is a must.
- Post-Graduation in Business Management/ Communication will be preferred.
- Agency + In-house tech communications experience preferred; campaign / policy experience a plus
Must haves :
- Excellent proficiency in English (Verbal & Written)
- Confident communication skills via email, over the phone and face to face
- Exposure in digital & social media marketing with proficiency in web and social media analytics
- Good understanding of the different communication channels, products and tools and how they can be best used to the organization's benefit.
