Executive - Corporate Communication (2-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance the organization's public image.
- Craft press releases, articles, and media kits for distribution to journalists and media outlets.
- Manage internal communications (newsletters, company archives, company branding, chairman's office, etc.)
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring consistent messaging across all levels.
- Develop and curate compelling content for social media, the company website, and other digital platforms.
- Oversee the creation of visual and written materials that reflect the brand's identity and messaging.
- Support communication efforts for corporate events, including launches, conferences, and community outreach initiatives.
- Draft speeches, presentations, and talking points for key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Address inquiries from the public, media, and partners, ensuring a professional and timely response.
- Develop and maintain a crisis communication plan, ensuring preparedness for reputational risks.
- Act as a spokesperson or support designated company representatives in high-stakes situations.
Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven experience as communications specialist
- Excellent written and communication skills with strong content writing skills for marketing collateral, website, etc.
- Should know the basics of Marketing and Branding which includes Event planning and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with Design Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva for creating visual content.
- Should have hands on experience in the operational work and interacting with creative agencies and PR professionals
- Organizational and Planning skills to ensure that work is completed in time as per the requirement
- Should be comfortable designing marketing collateral using various software
- Problem analysis, problem solving abilities and an eye for detail is necessary
- Ability to think out of the box and come up with creative marketing and communication solutions and ideas
