Executive - Corporate/B2B Sales - Wellness (4-8 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our wellness company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate sales, particularly within HR departments, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients. This role will be pivotal in driving our sales efforts and expanding our presence in the corporate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy and Execution - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote our mental wellness solutions to corporate clients.

- Client Acquisition - Identify and target potential corporate clients. Initiate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in HR and other relevant departments.

- Account Management - Manage and grow existing corporate accounts. Ensure client- satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups and addressing any concerns.

- Presentations and Demos - Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to HR teams and other corporate stakeholders.

- Negotiation and Closing - Lead negotiations and close deals with corporate clients. Develop proposals, contracts, and pricing models tailored to client needs.

- Market Research - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Provide insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.

- Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.

- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.

- Reporting - Maintain accurate sales records and reports. Track progress against targets and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
