Job Summary :
We are looking for Sales Coordinator for calling profile for e-commerce websites (Amazon / Flipkart) in India who will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively explaining them about e-commerce business and queries related to it; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities and Duties :
The roles of the BDE will be as follows :
- Calling new customers to explain them the process
- Follow ups with existing clients for taking details
- Manage all clients with good behavior
- Follow communication - scripts- when handling different topics
- Identify customers- needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
