Experience : 3 - 6 years

Preferred Industry : Media Houses / IT Firms / Consulting Firms

Academic Qualifications : Graduate - Bachelor's Degree - Preferably in English honors and/or Mass Communications

Certification : Diploma in creative writing or similar advertising

The JD is as below:

- Work on large critical client facing materials which serve as professional representation of services and brand proposition for clients

- Conceptualizing service solutions in formats of compelling content using impeccable language

- Write creative and customized proposals and convey a unique proposal strategy for multiple clients

- Spend time on researching available content as per previous high-quality pitches submitted and use content by tweaking it to the respective proposal content requirements

- Create advertising style, commercially successful, user friendly punch lines and visualization based content for high priority pitches

- Consults with team manager and stakeholders to understand and have a detailed discussion on the requirements and provide conceptual creative content solutions as per the pursuit requirements across digital, online and offline platforms

- Ability to convincingly communicate and articulate creative solutions that resonate to the pursuit content/response

- Responsibilities involve seamless service delivery, project resource planning and approval, problem solving, communication with clients and the creation and implementation of processes and procedures

- Coordinate with the creative design members to ideate and create cutting-edge visually appealing responses and in some cases support to create differently packaged proposals

- Proofread marketing collaterals end to end

- Actively participate in developing proposal strategy, authoring proposals, and conduct research required to create appropriate and persuasive proposal response

- Actively participate in and contribute at all stages of proposal process and ensure adherence to process and firm guidelines

- Create compelling creative content, focused towards highlighting value proposition, competitive positioning and differentiation and USP in order to present the company on a winning board

Essentials:
