Executive - Contact Center - BPO (2-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Should possess strong verbal & written communication skills as this profile involves dealing with customers/patients everyday.
- Ability to convince, persuade customers
- Knack for managing complaints/queries received at customer service and provide quick solutions.
- Willing to handle multiple tasks and open to handle different process related requirements.
- Good working knowledge of CRM, dialers and telephony integration.
- Should adhere to organizational ethics and maintain complete privacy of customer details
- Working closely with internal stakeholders for overall process efficacy along with periodic reviews.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in a contact center, email & chat functions preferably in telemarketing environment
- Excellent persuasion and interpersonal skills to liaise with labs, clients & end customers
- Knowledge of MS office tools especially MS Excel, MS Power Point& MS Word.
- Ready to work every week Monday to Saturday
