Executive/Consultant - Presales (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & Qualification: Identify and qualify leads from various sources including tender and
bidding portals. Evaluate leads to determine fit with HytechPro's offerings, and funnel qualified
opportunities into the sales pipeline.
- RFP/RFI/Tender Management: Handle the end-to-end process of responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders,
ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Proposal Writing: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop compelling proposals
and presentations that address client needs and showcase HytechPro's solutions.
- Solution Presentation: Assist in the creation and presentation of product demonstrations
tailored to prospective clients' needs.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical and
product-related information.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on proposals and client solutions.
- Maintain Documentation: Ensure all pre-sales documentation is up to date, well organized, and accessible.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide insights that can enhance our sales strategies.
- Support Sales Efforts: Provide assistance to the sales team by offering product insights, competitive analysis, and customer pain points during the sales process.
Mandatory Requirements :
- Education: BE, B.Tech, MCA.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales or a business development role.
- Lead Qualification Experience: Proven experience or ability to identify, manage, and qualify leads from different tender and bidding portals.
- RFP/RFI Experience: Demonstrated experience in handling RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with a track record of successful submissions.
- Excellent Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Proposal Writing Skills: Proven ability to write clear, compelling, and technically accurate proposals.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in proposals and solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and submissions.
- Lead Management: Ability to manage leads effectively using CRM tools, track their progress, and engage with them to move them through the sales funnel.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into business benefits.
Good to Have Requirements:
- Experience in the LMS/Education Technology Industry: Prior experience working in the learning management system (LMS) space or with similar educational technology solutions.
- CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM toolssuch as Salesforce, Zoho CRM etc.
- Presentation Skills: Experience in preparing and delivering product demos or sales presentations.
- Salesforce Knowledge: Understanding of Salesforce or other sales automation platforms.
- Market Research Experience: Ability to conduct market and competitor research to inform proposal writing.
- Industry Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, pre-sales, or business development
