Executive/Consultant - Business Development/Sales - Education (1-3 yrs)
JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
- Calling the potential customer(B2C) and understanding their interest and their requirements.
- Detailed knowledge of our offerings
- Maintaining and updating all the customer information in CRM
- Calling for gentle reminder of demo session and helping them to join if any problem.
- Follow up calls who have joined the demo till the closure.
- Follow up calls who were unable to join demo session and provide them next demo session dates.
- Maintaining the CRM .
- Self-manage own productivity to create sufficient sales opportunity.
- Take ownership for own performance actively seeking opportunities to improve and develop
SKILLS :
- Good Sales and Negotiation Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills - English
- Understanding of different IT profiles like developer, tester, analyst, database administrator (Only superficial knowledge required)
