Executive - Communication & Content (2-3 yrs)
Position & Role :
- The successful candidate will acquire a prominent role in the company as a Communication Coordinator.
- The primary role would be to Create- good- copies for Products for online listings and developing an effective presentation of the company's products, as well as monitoring and managing the quality of online listings.
- Working to generate new International business via e-communication such as email and social media to introduce the company and its products and develop appropriate Business buyers within the target market.
Responsibilities :
- Creating Content for Online Listings of Products
- Handling online Listings and changes; monitoring online processes
- Creating Posts for Social Media - Managing the Social Media Account
- Manage Communication Channel (e-mail; phone) with Overseas Prospective Clients
- Follow-up communications in order to convert opportunities into sales
Required experience and knowledge :
- Knowledge of E-commerce business. Prior experience (1-2 yrs) in Online / E-commerce companies will be preferred.
- Good command of everyday Computer software - MS Office especially Excel / Online Forms & Data / Emailing etc
- Good English (spoken and written) skills
- Very strong communication skills in person, on phone, and via email with people with varying technical understanding-
- Multi-tasker. Having experience working in a team. Highly customer service oriented-
- Very strong attention to detail. Meticulous and Careful. Self-motivated.
- Good Initiative and attitude of problem-solving and willingness to find answers when there is no clear guidance-
Qualification :
Graduation; Preferably in Mass Communication; Good English Communication Skills; Working Computer knowledge
