Executive - Commercial Leasing - Real Estate (1-10 yrs)
Opening for Commercial Leasing Executive - Gurgaon
This position will have responsibility for coordinating leasing activities to secure quality long-term tenants maximizing income through obtaining the best rental terms possible while achieving minimal vacancy loss for the commercial property. The position also provides assistance in commercial lease renewals, extensions, lead generation, property management and real estate sales.
1. Assist the organisation's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition.
2. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
3. Keep prospective client database updated
4. Make cold calls for new business leads
5. Support in writing new business proposals
6. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
7. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
8. Advertise and promote available space
9. Contact and establish relationships with brokers to refer interested parties
10. Convincing and Negotiate all lease terms in accordance with established leasing guidelines, working with management and the attorneys when required.
