Job Responsibilities -
- Lead Generation from email campaigns and extensive outbound cold calling for India.
- Data Management : Manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of "Cloud.in" services or campaigns.
- Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up
- Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to track and reflect metrics.
- Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Managers/Enterprise Sales
- Representatives and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against the plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem-solving.
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
- Churning of old companies/contacts and adding new companies/contacts on a daily basis.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement on a weekly basis
- Accelerate customer adoption and maintain a robust sales pipeline & reporting
- Updation of the leads/Opportunities in the Partner Portals of AWS /HubSpot.
Requirements -
- Proven sales experience (Cloud Only )
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should have good technical knowledge on Cloud
