Executive - Client Support - IT (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Support member is supposed to work for customers using our desktop product for any issues or help they need.
- These customers are US based so member need to support on call/screen sharing during same time i.e. 5-6 PM to 1-2 AM.
- Tech savvy i.e. computer knowledge is must.
- As candidate need to work with technical team to explain issues and communicate same to client, it need good communication skills and English accent.
1. Good English communication (ready ability to listen and talk to US accent)
2. US work time (~ 6 PM to 1 AM IST)
3. Basic IT /computer literacy and hands-on required to learn product (software) and run that on a call with the customer to understand issues.
