Executive - Client Support (1-5 yrs)
Job location: Panchkula
- Excellent business written communication and verbal communication.
- Responsible for providing daily clerical support to the Appeals & Grievances Department.
- Carefully handle and respond to all customer inquiries including professional management via email during normal business hours.
- Serves customers by providing service information and resolving service problems.
- Perform customer due diligence process.
- Resolve customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner and offering thoughtful solutions.
- Escalate advanced problems or service issues to the management.
- Contribute to building a knowledge base of common issues and solutions
- Liaise with other departments to ensure shared vision, mutual respect, and an in-depth understanding of each others role in a project with the goal of achieving excellent business outcomes and outstanding customer experience.
