Executive - Client Support (1-2 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
Global Partner Development : Identify, onboard, and support channel partners worldwide to broaden our global reach and impact.
Client Support Excellence : Deliver exceptional service to our partners, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Sales and Service Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams to create strategies that support partner success and drive growth.
Marketing Initiatives : Work with partners to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance our service offerings.
Market Awareness : Keep abreast of global industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and address challenges.
Performance Reporting : Track and report on key performance indicators related to partner engagement and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client support or channel sales with a global focus
- Proven ability to manage and support international partners
- Strong communication and organizational skills
