Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.
- Take ownership of the management of the branding and marketing functions of the business.
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
- Client account management as per KYC (Know your client).
- To find prospect and meet potential clients.
- Client relationship management.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
- Devising strategies for driving sales growth across the business.
- Analyzing existing approaches to the development of business and making changes where appropriate.
- Setting targets for new business development for the business development managers and executives.
- Implementing new business initiatives across the team.
- Working closely with members of the team to generate new business within large accounts.
- Setting up meetings with prospective customers to sell the company's services.
- Interviewing and hiring new members of the business development team.
