Executive - Client Servicing - Media (1-5 yrs)
a. Assists in cultivating client relationships and ensures effective service delivery to the clients.
b. Focuses on client's satisfaction, knows the client's business and workflows, develops proper contact network within accounts.
c. Coordinating with various internal teams for the resolution of client escalations.
d. Addressing client queries & solving problems
e. Identifies new opportunities of cross-sell to existing clients.
f. Develops & implements Delivery strategy at the account level.
g. Responsible for retention of existing accounts.
h. Responsible for revenue within assigned accounts.
i. Prepares performance review reports on a regular basis.
j. To coordinate with other departments/operation team of the company.
k. Analyze, Plan, Organize and Work/Delegate the tasks to meet deadline and quality requirements.
