Target Audience/Customer Base : expecting couples/pregnant mothers.

Product : Stem cell Preservation/Banking (Cord Blood Stem Cells- Bio cell)

Job Description :

1. Informing and educating potential customers about the benefits of stem cell banking.

2. Telephonic and in person counselling of prospects to fix appointments.

3. Giving presentations to clients and enrolling them. (F2f or e-meet)

4. Ensuring appropriate and complete service to the client from enrollment to delivery.

5. Providing the services on time ensuring customer servicing.

6. Handling customer related enquiries and effective resolution.

7. Marketing of the company's services.

8. Sales Target achievement on a month on month basis.

9. Creating awareness program and handling of promotional activities.

10. Identifying new market segments and tapping profitable business opportunities.

11. Carry out any other job-related activities as and when deemed necessary.

Required skills :

1. Good command on English & local Language

2. Good convincing skills, since it is a concept selling.

3. Must have persuasive skills and suggestive selling techniques.

4. Presentable and accountable

5. Should be comfortable in counselling pregnant ladies/expecting couples.

6. Willingness to travel within city (depending on client comfort levels).

7. Comfortable with weekend appointments and targets

Salary: - 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
