- Experience in mediation and conflict resolution techniques.
- Experience supervising others.
- Flexible in working hours / shifts (No night shifts)
- Flexible for inbound / outbound / email, chats etc
Desired Skills :
- Excellent writing, grammar, spelling and formatting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, power point etc)
- Ecommerce/ BPO experience will be added advantage.
- Open for hardcore calling profile.
