Job Summary :
a. Responsible for Onboarding of users on the platform
b. Train business clients on using platform in best possible manner
c. Complete legal paperwork with business clients wherever and whenever needed
d. Capture product feedback and send for improvements to technology and product team
e. Manage clients relationships effectively on all count
f. Grow clients base through referrals
g. Do all that is required as founding team of startup besides what's mentioned in JD. Startup is all about all hands in deck.
Salary offer : 20K p.m. including 25% variable payable on confirmation.
Probation for 6 months.
Work from home. Once or twice a week meeting at office.
Daily reporting on work.
Full time.
