Job Description
Role: Account Coordinator (Customer Success Team)
Role Purpose:
Managing Accounts and focus on Repeat Business
Role Description:
- Follow up with existing clients
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients. Upselling and Cross-selling
- Operates at the point of contact for assigned customers
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
- Communicates client needs and demands of employer company
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Keep records of client transactions
Candidate Specifications :
Ideally a graduate with 1/2+ years of relevant to this area of work
Technical Skills :
- General Skill on drafting the emails to the internal/external clients in a highly professional manner
- General Knowledge on varied industries preferably on US & European markets
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing industry (Email Campaign/Marketing tools)
General Requirements :
- Need to work only at night time
- Possesses Motivation skills
- Is a versatile self-starter who demonstrates a positive attitude towards the work
- Willingness to work as a part of the Team's objective
- Is able to work under tight deadlines, sometimes heavy workloads and with a high degree of individual responsibility & high focus
