Executive - Client Service - Hotel (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
Client Servicing:
- Your role is to look after all client's requests, following up with the in-house back end CRM team/ vendors ensuring all requests are being fulfilled during the said time frames offered to the client through ALC.
Customer Relationship Management:
- To maintain good and healthy relations with all the clients at the centre.
Operations:
- Your role as a Concierge Executive is to fulfill all the requests made by the clients within the set time frames.
Data Entry & Systems Management:
- You will have to maintain records and update them daily of all the requests that are handled by you.
Marketing & Sales:
- You will have to communicate with the clients about the services offered by ALC either verbally or hand out fliers which are handed over to you.
Qualification : Diploma in Hospitality Diploma in Hotel Management Graduate MCOM
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 PM to 6:30 PM)
