Executive - Client Service/Customer Care - Wellness/Skin Care Brand (1-5 yrs)
We are hiring for the profile of Customer Care Executive at one of the Leading Skin Care Brand.
Job Description
1. Interface with Client at the front & of the Clinic.
2. Meet clients for explaining Services, take calls & appointments.
3. Handles Billings & petty cash.
4. Maintains clinics specific reports.
5. Responsible for achieving share or the sales revenue & service quality targets of clinic.
6. Roistering of team schedule.
7. Inventory & stock management.
8. Taking Care of Housekeeping.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Only female candidates must apply.
2. Graduates in any stream / hospitality & hotel management. Minimum experience of Retail or any relevant industry.
3. Pleasing personality & good communication skills.
4. Able to handle service coordination.
5. Computer savvy - ability to use Excel & E mail systems.
6. Potential to grow into next Assistant Center Manager Roll in next one or two year.

- Weekends Working
- Training in Mumbai for 1 Month (On Company Cost)
