Executive - Client Service (3-6 yrs)
The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for managing the relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the book printing services provided by the company. They will be required to work closely with the estimating and operations team to ensure that the books are delivered on time, and to the client's satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact for all client-related matters
2. Understand the client's requirements and expectations and communicate them effectively to the design and operations team
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the interior design services provided by the company
4. Coordinate with the design and operations team to ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients
6. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects and address any concerns or issues promptly
7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress
8. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
9. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy laws
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client servicing and customer service
11. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
Qualifications:
1. Diploma/Degree in Printing or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client servicing or related field in a print related company
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
5. Well-organized with attention to detail
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Proficient in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
