Executive - Client Service (2-3 yrs)
Role : Client Service Executive
Educational Qualification : Post-Graduate in any discipline
Experience : 2 - 3 Years
Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore
CTC : UPTO 360,000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities :
- Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional pre and after-sales service.
- Plan meetings, and presentations with its associated details
- Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
- Regularly interact with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring that the correct terms of sale are entered into the client database to prevent avoidable billing issues.
- Work as a part of the clients' virtual business team or individually.
- Analyze, Plan, Organize and Work/Delegate the tasks to meet deadline and quality requirements.
- Work as a part of the both internal and external clients' extended team.
- Conduct online research for tasks to acquire results and present them in a manner that meets the expectations of internal/external clients.
Candidate profile :
1. Proven experience working as a Client Servicing Executive.
2. Experience in marketing, branding, corporate events, and consulting will be added advantage.
3. The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Effective communication skills.
7. Strong ppt design skill is a plus
8. Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline
9. Strong customer service attitude
10. Desire to learn new things every day
11. Good with comprehension and analytical skills
12. Good in handling Office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office
13. Candidates should have all relevant education & experience related documents
