Executive - Client Service (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize company profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of digital deliverables according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Essential attributes, experience, and abilities :
- Communication and Marketing - have good communication skills and a basic understanding of online marketing
- Leadership - have proven leadership and team-building skills Client relationships - have an aptitude and interest in developing professional relationships. Preferable to have experience in client servicing
- Learning and knowledge sharing - have strong research skills with innate curiosity and passion for learning
- Project Management - have an eye for detail and quality and commitment to deadlines
Desirable :
- Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
