Executive - Client Service (1-3 yrs)
Position Overview:
The Client Service Executive will serve as a key connection between Kaabil, a diversity- focused job platform, and its clients. This role ensures that clients are seamlessly onboarded and empowered to utilize the platform effectively, promoting Kaabil's mission to make women job-ready. The incumbent will provide platform demos, assist clients in creating impactful profiles, support job postings, and help achieve desired recruitment outcomes.
Working closely with the Business Development Manager, the Client Service Executive will also share profiles and provide essential client information as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Onboarding & Platform Integration:
- Assist clients in registering on the Kaabil platform, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
- Provide one-on-one and group platform demos, showcasing features tailored to empowering women in the workforce.
- Guide clients through profile setup, ensuring alignment with Kaabil& diversity-focused goals.
2. Job Posting & Recruitment Support:
- Support clients in crafting and posting job listings, emphasizing roles that empower women.
- Offer strategic recommendations to optimize job visibility and candidate quality.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to promote platform engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison for addressing platform-related questions and challenges.
4. Collaboration & Data Sharing:
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to ensure seamless communication of client needs.
- Share curated profiles and provide detailed insights to support client-specific recruitment goals.
5. Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track client activity and analyze job posting performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Generate and share periodic reports on client engagement metrics and platform outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, recruitment, or account management.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Proficiency with online platforms and CRM tools; experience in HR or recruitment platforms is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
