The Job
Key Responsibilities
Greeting Clients and Visitors:
- Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and assist with inquiries.
Phone and Email Management
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Respond to emails and manage the general company inbox.
Front Desk Administration:
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Clerical Support:
- Perform basic administrative and clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist with various administrative projects as needed.
Visitor and Employee Coordination:
- Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring the visitor book.

Key Requirements:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent. College degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers and scanners).
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A customer-oriented approach with the ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations calmly.

Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Construction role, ideally within the Automotive and Manufacturing industry.
- You have working knowledge of sale
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
