Our Client are into Real Estate Corporate Industry. We are looking for an individual who is willing to explore and learn in properties. We are hiring Customer Relationship Executive with Experience as well as freshers are also most welcome in our organization.
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- It will be an lead generation on the given database
- Only need to book the appointment of clients(High Profile) with sales expertise
- Building financial models to analyze and assess existing and potential real estate projects.
- Monitoring portfolio investments by conducting regular risk and performance analysis.
- Researching new investment opportunities and performing thorough due diligence.
- Preparing reports and providing recommendations in order to assist in decision making.
- Participating in all aspects of legal documentation, deal structuring and financing.
- Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.
- Building and maintaining a network of clients.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
- Good Communication/ soft skills
- Confident on call
- Good Convincing skills
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
