Executive - Client Relationship Management (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally and courteously, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services.
- Strive to ensure that every customer interaction results in a positive and satisfying experience, addressing their concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and activities and update the company's database accurately. Proficiency in Excel is required for this data management.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, demonstrating problem solving skills and empathy.
- Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirement & Qualification :
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Good customer service skills & should display good analytical abilities.
- Should have 1 to 3 years of experience in the same field.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
