Salary & Compensation
Salary Offered: - 15,000 to - 22,000 (monthly)
Incentives: PF & ESIC Incentives, Reimbursements: ESIC Provided
Education : Graduation degree mandatory
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as Telesales / Telemarketing in Other mandatory
- Fresher Candidates with Fluent English will also considered
Age: 20 - 30 yrs

Job Description
- Handling & administrating various operations smoothly within in the organization.
- Handling and coordinating day to day activities.
- Coordination with clients over Call or Email.
- End to end, Client & Team coordination.
- Manage all new customers within TAT.
- Supporting different departments in completing the various task.
- Responsible for creating reports via Excel & Word.
- Operating in a fast-moving environment and making a difference.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
