Client Relationship Executive
1) Acts as point of contact for the client and attends to customer issues promptly.
2) Coordinating with various teams for the resolution of client escalations.
3) Upselling of assigned clients.
4) Preparation of client wise unfulfillment MIS.
5) Generation of new client SoP.
6) Quality control among data systems.
7) Providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Sales, Operations & Product teams.
8) Conduct ad hoc and b2b sales analysis as needed to support business requirements and provide timely business insights.
9) Invoicing ownership & Collection follow up.
