Executive - Client Relationship (2-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure smooth on boarding of new clients and help them maximize product or service usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and enhance the client experience.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve services.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to drive business growth.
- Track and report on client interactions and account health.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in client relationship management or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks.
- Problem-solving mind-set with a focus on customer satisfaction.
