Job Specifications/KRA - Acts as point of contact for the client and attends to customer issues promptly.
- Coordinating with various teams for the resolution of client escalations.
- Upselling of assigned clients.
- Preparation of client wise unfulfillment MIS.
- Generation of new client SoP.
- Quality control among data systems.
- Providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Sales, Operations & Product teams.
- Conduct ad hoc and b2b sales analysis as needed to support business requirements and provide timely business insights.
- Invoicing ownership & Collection follow up
