Job Title : Client Onboarding Executive

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- Manage and execute the end-to-end client onboarding process for clients in the AIF Business, collaborating with client advisors to collect necessary documentation.

- Act as a liaison with the RTA (Registrar and Transfer Agent) to facilitate smooth onboarding procedures.

- Serve as a case manager to oversee all stages of client onboarding, addressing inquiries from clients and client advisors.

- Propose innovative ideas and contribute to ongoing process and service enhancements.

- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of evolving regulations related to AML/KYC/CKYC and investment suitability.

- Participate in ad hoc projects such as system changes, process improvements, and regulatory updates from inception to implementation.

- Demonstrate effective planning, time management, and prioritization skills.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Prior experience in KYC/AML roles, client onboarding, remediation processes, or related functions.

- In-depth knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and regulations.

- Proven track record in client service.

- Ability to meticulously follow up and ensure completion of deliverables.
