BPO Client Generation Lead
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual for the role of BPO Client Generation & Business Development. In this part-time position, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients for our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. Your primary focus will be on generating leads and nurturing relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation : Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in target industries or markets.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to tailor our services to meet client needs effectively.
Client Outreach : Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients through various channels, including email, social media, and phone calls.
Relationship Building : Cultivate and nurture client relationships to build trust and understanding of their business requirements.
Proposal Development : Collaborate with the team to create tailored proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase our capabilities.
Pipeline Management : Maintain an organized lead and client database, track interactions, and follow up on leads regularly.
Meeting Targets : Set and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for lead generation and client engagement.
Feedback Integration : Gather client feedback and market insights to improve our services and sales strategies.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in lead generation and business development, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, meeting targets and deadlines.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset
