Job Description :
Position : Client Engagement
As a Client Engagement, your role is to meet prospective clients for lead conversion and closure. You have to be well versed with the company's services and ready to learn and adapt to new technologies and services.
Your job responsibilities would include :
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
- Visiting potential customers for new business.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Achieving target in a defined domain / industry.
- Understanding and preparing work scope and timeline with help of project manager.
- Make presentations to clients and close sales.
Applicant must possess :
- Graduation/post graduation with sales and business background
- Fresher or minimum 1 year proven experience in sales profile
- Pleasant disposition, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinking skills and ability to handle multiple task and projects
Skills and Interests :
- Excellent communication skills.
- A confident and determined approach.
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection.
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Circumstances :
- Willing and able to work unsocial hours on occasions to complete tasks
- Willing to travel outside Mumbai to attend client meetings
