Executive - Client Delight/Services - FinTech (2-4 yrs)
Job description & experience :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client support in fintech or wealth tech domain
- Experience in handling HNI clients is preferred.
- Possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of equity markets with NISM Level 1 & 2 RIA certification.
Core responsibilities :
- Ensure client satisfaction & healthy NPS.
- Responding promptly to client inquiries.
- Communicating with client through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving client complaints including processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Understanding of Savart's product and services.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
