Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and business growth.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience (Internship experience) in business development, client acquisition, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry OR B2B services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Freshers with Excellent communication skills can apply.
