Job Responsibilities :
- To deliver world-class service and go out of your way to find solutions and make our users delighted.
- Prompt with responses & give accurate solutions for our users over Chat Support.
- Build customer bonds to deliver quality service.
- To ensure complete ownership of customer Queries and guarantee end-to-end satisfaction with our services.
- To collaborate with various teams within the ecosystem to identify optimal solutions for our customers.
- To prepare observations to stakeholders to help derive better actions for continuous improvement
