Executive - Chat Support (1-3 yrs)
We are hiring one (1) fresher and one (1) experienced (1-3 years) chat support executive for the night shift. This is a work-from-home position.
The primary responsibility will be to:
- Handle chat support requests on the website
- Support tickets on our support system
- Communicating with partner companies and clients
- Content/blog/documentation writing
- The responsibilities do not limit to this but may vary depending on the business needs.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Decent typing speed
- Ability to learn and understand the systems quickly
- Graduation in IT, Computer Engineering, or relevant fields is a must
Good To Have:
- Experience working as a support executive
- Having a technical-IT background is a big plus
Salary:
- Fresher: 12,000-15,000/month
- Experienced: 17,000-20,000/month
- No. of Positions: 1 Fresher & 1 Experienced
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 1.00 AM to 10.00 AM (9 hours)
- Training for the first 7-15 days will be done in the day time (10.00 AM to 7.30 PM)
Contract:
Minimum 1 year of working commitment with the organization from the date of joining. You need to have your own laptop and a stable Internet connection for training, work, and video conferences.
