The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Handling inbound chats and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.

Qualification: 12 Pass & Any Graduate
Job location: Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
24/7 rotational shift time & rotational week off
Required Excellent Communication skill in English to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
