Executive - Chat Support (0-1 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- As a customer support executive, you will be responsible to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, issues and requests.
- Respond to requests through chats for information in a timely, professional and positive manner to develop strong customer relations.
- Deep dive into actual issues/concerns raised by users and liaise with internal teams to find a resolution.
- Provide information about our product/service.
- Respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service.
- Identify problems and causes; analyses and generates best alternative solutions; makes timely, sound, and appropriate decisions
