Executive - Channel Sales - IT (2-4 yrs)
Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Channel Sales Executive to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in developing and nurturing a channel for distributors of our refurbished and new IT Server , storage , laptops, desktops, and workstations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales through the channel, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to increase sales and expand market reach.
- Nurture relationships with existing channel partners to ensure their needs are met and to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the partner experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regularly review sales progress with partners and implement improvements as needed.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, ideally channel sales, within the IT hardware industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of the IT hardware market, including server , storage, laptops, desktops, and workstations.
