Executive - Channel Sales - Building Material (1-3 yrs)

We are urgently hiring for a Channel Sales Executive in Bangalore with a minimum of 1 year of experience. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales through channel partners, promoting products, and developing strong relationships within the Plywood, Building Materials, Paint, or Home Furnishings industries. The role requires strong skills in sales, marketing, and promotion, with a focus on expanding market reach and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and distributors to drive sales growth.

- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's reach in the market.

- Promote products and solutions through effective marketing strategies and sales promotions.

- Conduct regular visits to partner locations to ensure alignment with sales goals and objectives.

- Track sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to capitalize on them.

- Provide product training and support to channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to sell the company's products.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and provide feedback to senior management.

Skills Required :

- Strong background in sales, marketing, and channel management.

- Experience in the Plywood, Building Materials, Paint, or Home Furnishings industries.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and sales targets.

- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis to track sales performance.
