Executive - Channel Sales (2-7 yrs)
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Plan and review sales goals, targets, and activities with agents regularly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners and distributors.
- Promote company products through the partner network to drive sales growth.
- Achieve sales targets by ensuring partners meet their objectives.
- Provide training and support to partners on product features and sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1-2 years of Field experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate channel partners.
Age: 21-37 years.
