Job Description:
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Focus on selling and up selling of the products.
- On duty always be in company provided uniforms which should be neat and clean.
- Further, you should be always presentable and maintain good personal hygiene.
- Responsible for upkeep of the showroom/Kiosk
- Maintain Knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges and security practises.
- Assist in floor moves, Products display maintenance.
- Assist in processing and replenishing products and monitoring floor stock.
- Be punctual on duty and loyal to the company.
- Upgrade product knowledge, when new products are introduced to further update the knowledge.
- Conducts physical inventory check of all products and related inventories in store after every specified period
- Ensure stock is replenished at all times as per the set procedure.
