Designation : Catering Sales Executive
- To generate revenues and get the banqueting business for the hotel.
- Assist the guest in planning menu for the event.
- Sending Banquet event proposals to the guests and being in timely contact with them.
- Monthly reports and planning business forecast.
- Planning corporate events and social gatherings for available banqueting.
- Ensure prompt responses for all enquiry through telephone & emails.
- Act as a liaison between all related hotel departments and host of the function.
- Prior Experience in F&B / Hotel / Restaurant / Catering Sales is a must.
