Executive - Category Management & Strategic Partnerships (0-2 yrs)
Specific Responsibilities Include the Following :
- Handling the Category P&L management and assume responsibility for the growth of respective category.
- Initiating activities like negotiations for pricing, propositions and margins for the categories.
- Analyzing the current trends and forecasting future consumer trends basis seasonality
- Environment/external factors, demand, competitor analysis, future trends etc for the respective categories
- Liaison with multiple teams like- Tech, Product, Marketing and city ops team to execute the daily challenge
- Revenue Management M-O-M, Weekly, Bi-weekly
- Responsible for the top line and bottom line for their respective category.
- Locales, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the business.
- Identifying industry trends that are relevant to customer selection and experience.
- Conduct deep dive analysis and share recommendations on current business, future opportunities and action plans based on data.
- Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps and execution, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and vision.
- Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services
- Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
Basic Qualifications :
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers.
- Must be metrics-driven.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred with 0-2 years of relevant work experience
