Key Responsibilities :

Product Catalog Management :

- Handle end-to-end catalog management, including creating, updating, and maintaining product listings on e-commerce platforms.

- Ensure accurate product details, descriptions, images, and specifications are uploaded and regularly updated.

Bulk Listings :

- Manage bulk product uploads using automation tools and macros to ensure efficient and timely execution.

- Implement processes to streamline bulk listing tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.

Automation & Tools Utilization :

- Leverage macros and other automation tools to enhance the speed and efficiency of catalog management tasks.

- Continuously explore and implement new tools to improve the overall catalog management process.

Quality Assurance :

- Regularly review and audit product listings to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and company standards.

- Resolve any discrepancies or errors in product listings promptly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and accurate representation online.

- Work closely with the IT and development teams to implement new features or tools that enhance catalog management.

Data Analysis & Reporting :

- Analyze product performance data to identify trends and opportunities for catalog optimization.

- Prepare reports on catalog accuracy, listing performance, and other key metrics.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 2-8 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management, with a focus on bulk listings and automation.

- Proficient in using macros and other automation tools for bulk uploads.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS).

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
