Job Location: Bangalore office.

Experience : 3 + years experience in selling and operations on eCommerce marketplace.

1 Detailed understanding of Catalogue improvement on leading marketplace portals.

2 Understanding of marketplace orders order process

3 Maintaining an equivalent catalogue across portals.

4 Tracking marketplace portal payments and commissions

5 Monitor deliveries within S L A timelines

6 Coordination with Seller support and brand management team with the ecommerce portal to increase and better listing and sales.

7 Should have reporting skills and data analytics.

8 Reports that needs to be prepared:

- Listings on various portals. Comparative between portals and competition

- Daily weekly and monthly report on sales and logistics movements

- Reports on returns vs despatches

- Sales Analysis across categories, products and value

Specifications :

- Ability for clear communication written and oral with team and outsiders accurately and independently

- High skills needed in Microsoft office - especially excel and word.

Education : Minimum Graduate. Post graduate with good mathematical skills will be an added advantage

Languages : Must know spoken : English ( spoken and written). Hindi and a local language will be considered beneficial
